For me, my car is both an expression of my personality and an extension of identity. Scenic routes help me touch nature. Don’t be in a hurry, pause and imbibe your surroundings. Here, I am reminded of a couple of lines from a poetry — Leisure by William Henry Davies, “What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare…” Feel the soft breeze, listen to the clatter of birds or hear the soft soothing music of a spring. Don’t talk or play the music, because this drive was a getaway from your busy life to naturally heal your body and mind. The power of nature should not be forgotten. It does so much good for our body and mind. More than we might be aware of. And with this, I mean both mentally and physically.

Just being out on a drive sets things in motion. This motion-effect brings clarity, new ideas, and a refreshed mindset. Driving on a scenic route creates positive energy and endorphins. And the motion effect, seeing new things, breathing the fresh air instead of a dead office environment, recharges the energy. The drive was for getting away from people and only to focus on you, yourself, now, here, and in a natural environment clears things up and resets you.

So getting out of the concrete jungle is crucial for your vitality. So now, find a magical place to rest and recharge. Once you are back in your hectic schedule use visualization technique to open your bag of memories to refresh.
