While its summer months and the heat waves are surging the atmosphere, so it becomes essential to keep our bodies hydrated. Each day, with the rise in temperature people are trying to find out new ways and means to keep themselves cool and stay hydrated.

I start my day with fresh coconut water; have lots of fruits during the day. Also, during summers I definitely make sure to reduce my intake of oily and junk food. I also wear more of cotton clothes that are light in shade and helpto keep the body cool.
