Spicy Moroccan Green Harissa:

 A mix of coarsely ground herbs, spices, chili peppers, garlic and roasted onion with carrot tzatziki. 

Peruvian Pollu a la Brasa:

 Our take on famous Peruvian bbq chicken with a hot Amazon inspired marinade and served with a freshly pounded guacamole.

Vietnamese Lemon Grass Bbq Chicken: 
A stunning flavorful Vietnamese lemongrassmarinade with a generous blend of Asian spices served with hot Sriracha.

Fijian hot mustard Bbq chicken:

 A blend of a Fiji and Indian origin recipe of a lovely hot and spicy mustard infused marinade served on a sizzler plate with a green goddess chutney.
