Must Watch Upcoming Bollywood Sequels of 2k17!

Bollywood brings us a bag full of surprises every single year and never fails us to surprise with some mind-boggling movies. As we all know, last year was the year of Biopics, which had an impressionable result at the box office. Similarly this year Bollywood is following the trend of sequel movies. From Judwaa 2 to Baahubali: The Conclusion, all of our favorite blockbusters are coming back with their second installments.

Jolly LLB 2

Akshay Kumar starrer Jolly LLB 2, the much awaited movie of 2017 was released on 10^th February 2017. It was the second installment of the 2013 release Jolly LLB which was a courtroom black comedy-drama film. Its prequel starring Arshad Warsi & Boman Irani was a treat to watch. Starring Akshay Kumar with co-actors Huma Qureshi , Saurabh Shukla and Annu Kapoor, the sequel is about a lawyer who’s fighting against the Indian Legal System but in an insanely funny way.

Commando 2: The Black Money Trail

Vidyut Jamwal starrer Commando 2 is the second part of the 2013 release Commando- A One Man Army, which was an action movie. Jamwal who is famous among the girls for his fine sculpted body was much appreciated for his work in the first installment. The sequel maintains it consistency with Jamwal as its lead but his co-actor is changed in the second installment with Adah Sharma. Jamwal is on a mission to eradicate black money. The movie was released on 17^th March 2017 and though it was not appreciated at the box office but Vidyut Jamwal and his performance was a treat for the eyes.

Baahubali: The Conclusion

The most asked question of 2015 “Katappa Ne Baahubali Ko Kyu Maara?”. Well, Baahubali: The Conclusion the sequel of the 2015 Indian epic Baahubali: The Beginning is the answer to all the questions that were raised after the first installment ended in suspense. The movie is based on an epic from South India. It became the highest grossing Indian film in India and the 3^rd highest grossing Indian film globally. The sequel is scheduled for a worldwide release on the 28^th April 2017. It is going to be the first Indian film to be released in4k High-definition format.

Judwaa 2

Salman Khan starrer Judwaa was a superhit and still people love to watch that movie. It was a pure laughter therapy and great fun to watch. The sequel of 1997 Judwaa directed by David Dhawan was an Indian action-comedy film starring Salman Khan in a double role opposite to Karisma Kapoor. Similarly in Judwaa 2, Varun Dhawan being the lead also has a double role with estranged twins opposite to Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. The movie is scheduled to release on 29^th September 2017.

Golmaal Again

The laughter-blaster Golmaal series is back with its another sequel. Being the fourth installment of the Golmaal film series, Golmaal Again marks the completion of 10 years of the first part of the Golmaal series. Having its genre as comedy, the Golmaal series is a Bollywood comedy drama directed by Rohit Shetty. Gopal, Madhav and Lucky i.e. Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi and Tushar Kapoor are its constants. The movie is scheduled to release in November 2017 introducing new characters played by Parineeti Chopra and Tabu.

Tiger Zinda Hai

The super-duper hit of 2012, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Ek Tha Tiger won many hearts with its extraordinary concept and beautiful songs. This Indian Action film is coming soon with its second installment Tiger Zinda Hai of the Tiger film series. The lead actors Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reuniting for the film, has already created hype about it. Also, another surprise element of this sequel movie is Amitabh Bachchan. The movie is scheduled to release on the 22^nd December 2017.
