Meet Rani from Zee TV’s popular show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani- Eisha Singh

Eisha Singh may be just out of school but her talent surpasses veterans, as Dhani in her debut serial Ishq ka rang safed on Colours, she has won applauds. Next, she moves on to make her mark as Rani in Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani in ZeeTv’s most popular show. Buzzsouk.com caught up with Eisha Singh, the latest entrant of the tinsel town who is mesmerising us all, for an exclusive interview.

How was your journey till here? Was it easy to be here?
I believe if you have dreams you live them. For me, I have always wanted to act on screen and so far it has not been tough. I have ambitions which I have achieved due to my hard work and luck.

How did this Ek Tha Raja EK Thi Rani happen?
I left the show Ishq ka rang safed and went back to Bhopal which is my native place and then suddenly I got a call to play the character of Rani. I went through the whole concept of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani and I found it very interesting. Rani is such a unique character which I wanted as I like challenging roles.

How was your experience working in Zee Tv’s most popular show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani?
It is such a nice experience. I am enjoying my role a lot because I think Somewhere, Esha and Rani are the same. They share similar thoughts.

If you weren’t an actress, what would you be?
If I had not been an actress then next career option was a Journalist.

Any new role that you have the inspiration to try?
Right now, I am concentrating on my role but in future, I would love to do some challenging roles. Jhilmil played by Priyanka Chopra in Barfi film is the character that inspired me a lot, and given the opportunity, I wish to do such roles in future.

Who you aspire to work with?
I want to work with the Bajirao of Bollywood Ranveer Singh. He is very energetic and I love the way he does justice with his characters. After my mother, he is my inspiration.

Do you have any advice for youngsters who aspires to be like you?
My advice is that you must copy Rani of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani. She is a confident character. She knows how to face a situation and take a stand. So, be like her and whatever you are doing just do confidently.
