Corn-Avocado

Avocado-Corn Salsa is a time saver recipe that you can try at home with only a few ingredients like avocados, corn and tomatoes. To add flavour in it, put lime juice and salt according to your taste. Just mix them together in a bowl, if you want you can also add your favourite sauce to it and hence your quick salsa is ready to eat!

 

 

 

Kachori

Baked kachori is another great idea for a rainy day with some spicy chutney or all time mouth-watering Imli chutney. Just knead the dough with water oil, salt and some carom seeds, divide into the number of portions you want. Fill the dough with the mixture that you want to have, it could be onion and other spices or green gram (little cooked with spices). Then place those filled dough balls in a pre-heated oven and bake for 8-10 mins and enjoy the hot kachoris with tea.

 

 

 

Rolls

Baby Corn and Capsicum Rolls is a full package of nutritious food that includes protein, fiber, sodium, potassium and vitamins like B-12, C and B6. Preparation is also very easy as you just need to toss both the vegetables like baby corn and capsicum with onion and schezuan sauce in olive oil and add salt to taste. Knead the dough and make thin and big chapattis of it. Once it is done just put veggies on chapatti roll it and take a bite.

 

 

 

Samosa

Baked Samosa can also be a part of your snack plate with various fillings. Why to make a regular Aloo samosa! Open your refrigerator take a look, what all cooked material is waiting for you. Take that out, Goobhi ki sabzi, chole, pasta, noodles, egg burji, minced meat, mix veg or anything; fill your samosa with these veggies. It’s a short and quick way to prepare your snack. You just have to knead the dough with salt and oil and make different shapes for samosa. Make it traditional triangle, a rectangle or a cube, experiment with the food that you like. If in any case there are no veggies at your home try crushed biscuits with nuts or wafer chocolate with chocolate syrup could be a nice idea for easy recipe. Calories conscious should opt for baking in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Bhel Puri

Bhel Puri preparation will hardly take 5 mins as most of the ingredients are ready to use like puffed rice, sev, chana dal and pea nuts. You just have to chop onions and tomatoes and if you want you can add boiled corns or some veggies as well.  Mix all of them together in a bowl with chat masala, some green chilli sauce, imli chutney and lemon juice. Your quick dish is ready to serve with cold drinks or lemonade.
