It was all Lively & Joyful at the German Spring-fest 2017!
Welcoming Spring with Fun, Food & music– that’s the German way and this is what everybody witnessed at the recently concluded 5th edition of the annual German Spring fest held at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, New Delhi on February 25th & 26th 2017
The two-day fest was supported by the German School & Federation of Indo-German Societies in India and was a complete Family Entertainment & Shopping extravaganza.The Spring-Summer trends in Fashion, Food & Luxury Lifestyle were evident at this two-day fest which had over 80 exhibitors and was visited by more than 10,000 visitors this year.
“This was the fifth edition of the German Spring fest and we at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce were delighted to continue this tradition this year. It was a perfect platform to welcome and celebrate the spring season and promote Indo-German business & cultural relations. The event witnessed the presence of the entire expatriate community here, including senior representatives of International and Indian Companies, said Sonia Prashar, Deputy Director General, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce.
The highlights of the event were traditional Easter Egg Decoration coupled with Treasure Hunt, Multi Cuisine Food, Spring-Summer Collection of Designers, German confectionary products, stationery, garden accessories and much more! The beautifully decorated venue was abuzz with a pulsating kids zone, art and craft activities, music, dance, ice-cream & a colorful juggling clown. The evening came alive with colorful lights & a live band performance.
According to Sumati Sud, Director Events, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, “The German Springfest has over the years proved to be a successful launch base for companies to test market their products and gain a hands-on experience by interacting with their target clients. German Auto giants like Audi have exquisitely presented their state of the art cars regularly at the German Springfest alongside many other well-known companies participating at the event”.
