Here we offer simple natural drinks that keep you refreshed and rejuvenated:

Ginger chai:

Ginger chai is one of the best natural drinks for the monsoon. Ginger is a natural spice that is known for its refreshing aspect along with health benefits. Ginger cures stomach upset that is characteristic of monsoon. It brings about a soothing relief to cold and cough, sore throat and respiratory allergies that are common during the season. Ginger chai is an efficient aid for digestion as physical activities are restricted due to rains. Tulsi chai:
