Bhoomija presents ‘Shabad Dhun Laagi ’18, Songs of the Soul- a lifetime experience
Experience the Bhoomija’s signature Sufi music event, “Shabad Dhun Laagi ‘18’, on 28th April 2018 at MLR Convention Centre, JP Nagar. Curated by Shabnam Virmani and Vipul Rikhi who will enrich the concert with stories and translations, the ’18 edition will present extraordinary singers – Mitha Khan and Sumar Kadu, who are Waai Singers from Kutch and Hemant Chauhan, a renowned Gujarati Folk and Bhakti singer.
Heart-wrenching notes of the Waai form of singing from Kutch/Sindh, laced with the searing love poetry of Shah Latif, in consonance with the mellifluous, healing voice of Hemant Chauhan from Gujarat, who will sing songs of Kabir and other Bhakti saint-poets will surely touch your heart giving you one the best life experiences.
