Celebrating the Announcement of “Asian Designer Week “

Asian Designer Week has been solely conceived for promoting the interests of Asian fashion designers and artists at the global level.While well-known designers and Bollywood celebrities were given the centre-stage, aspiring designers and upcoming talent lacked the much-needed attention because of which they failed to reach their full potential and value. Most of these designers were doing good work and investing a lot of their time and efforts but received hardly anything in return. To provide an equal opportunity platform to emerging designers and artists across the country the Asia Designer Week was conceived.

Robby Rawat, Director of iGenius Entertainment said that “Most importantly, we also want to give an equal opportunity to existing and fresh talents across the continent, therefore we kept shows for NewGen and NextGen (Fashion Students) designers as well. And I am amazed by the collections that our NewGen designers have shown today. They are definitely going to make us proud.”
