Mimicry is indeed a special talent says Mohammad Nazim !

The famous television actor Mohammad Nazim who is well recognized for playing the lead role of Ahem in the serial “Saath Nibhana Saathiya” on star plus and currently plays the role of Jaggi in the same show talks about his hidden talent as a hilarious and spot on mimicry artist. Be it singers like Jagjit Singh, Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam or even actors like Jeevan, Dharmendra, Sunny Deol; Nazim copies them equally well.

When asked about it Nazim said, “I have been always a film buff and this came naturally to me at a very early stage of my life. School days were fun, he told because his friends would actually encourage him in every little thing he did. That was the time when he started doing mimicry. He further told that he had actually performed for his friends, too.” Interestingly, Nazim’s first major lead role as Aham in Sath Nibhana Saathiya was a serious role, but post  Aham’s death in the show, Nazim is now playing the character of fun loving Jaggi, where he can emote a lot and also imitate a lot of actors.

Talking about it, Nazim says,”Mimicry is indeed a special talent and this is not only about dressing up and behaving like someone. The voice has to be accurate along with the attitude. I am happy that as Jaggi I can show my hidden talent. Elaborating about the same, he further told that recently in Singapore he did something like that.”

Talking about his favorite comedic idols, Nazim says, “There are many, but I personally like Kapil Sharma as Rajesh Arora on his show and even Sunil Grover as Dr Gulati as both of them have actually created unique benchmarks. I personally love comedy acts and I am waiting for that opportunity when I can incorporate my mimicry act in my acting as well.”

We’re sure Nazim that will get a chance of doing that very soon and we can’t wait to see him in action!
